How do I place an order ?

The easiest way to place an order is to visit our online shop which is run over a secure network for peace of mind you can also make enquiries directly from the shop an alternative way is to submit an enquiry and we will make contact with you.

Do you operate throughout New Zealand ?

Yes we make use of courier services to effect the orders.

What are the typical freight costs ?

These can vary dependent on the order size but as a rule between $5 and $10

What materials can you mark on ?

There is a wide range of materials we can mark these include:

Acrylic
Most plastics
Stainless Steel
Wood
Glass
Leather

Do you only mark products ?

No our main aim is to produce unique and special designs which are one off by nature and very specific to your needs we are brand specialists and pride ouselves on the quality of work we produce

Do you also use color ?

Yes we do are able to achieve many different effects through the use of color, see sample photos.

Can you mark round sufaces ?

Yes we can mark a wide range of Round articles including products such as Stainless steel flasks, glass bottles, glasses and wooden lamps to name a few

Can I open an account with Christal Creative Enterprises ?

We are prepared to enter into agreements of 30 day term payment with selected clients but on the whole we prefer to operate on a cash basis

Can you produce bulk orders ?

We prefer bulk orders as it is much easier to produce products in bulk , and on the whole it works out much cheaper to place orders for more than 10 products of one type, as ther is a fixed set up cost.

What is a typical turnaround period from placing an order to a finished product?

On small orders we can get the product out within 48 hours and do make special efforts on very urgent jobs, it does however depend on the nature of the job.

What is the most complex project you have undertaken ?

I have made a working wall clock made of Rimu a wonderful project with many challenges
